Maison Cardeilhac

Cardeilhac was founded in Paris in 1804 and specialized in cutlery and flatware from the beginning. It quickly distinguished itself for its very high quality work, which earned it its first medal in the cutlery department at the London Exhibition of 1862. Cardeilhac won a silver medal in the silverware category and a Grand Prix in the cutlery category in Paris in 1889. The company was acquired by Cristofle in 1951.
