Large fruit basket – Empire style, silver & cobalt glass
without declared VAT | Differential taxation according to § 25a UStG. plus shipping and handling
Imposing openwork fruit basket with decorated bow handle and ball feet. The walls are decorated with decorative friezes and fable figures. Unfortunately, we have not been able to find any mark or hallmark of fineness. Therefore, we had the handle basket inspected and restamped by our master silversmith. Maybe the new owner will find the lost stamp! These handle baskets with this decoration were very popular and were made by many silversmiths from all over Europe.
