Jezler
One of the most traditional and oldest Schaffhausen companies, the Jezler silverware factory was founded in 1822 by Johann Jacob Jezler. Until 1996 the silverware factory was run by the owner family Hauser. Probably Jezler’s best-known collaborator was Carl Jacob Jucker (1902-1997). At the Weimar Bauhaus in the 1920s, he designed numerous lamps together with Wilhelm Wagenfeld. One belongs to the style icons of modernity: the Wagenfeld lamp. Jucker worked for Jezler as a product designer for 50 years.

Wilkens
The long eventful history of the Wilkens silver manufactory in Bremen was shaped by passionate people who had a great sense for cultivated elegance and refined value. Since the company was founded in 1810 by master goldsmith and silversmith Hans Martin Wilkens (1782-1869), the silver manufactory has developed in a long family tradition into an internationally active company that is still active today.
